Polished Public Speaking
It can be intimidating to stand up and speak in front of a crowd. But after this workshop, you’ll learn how to boost your confidence before a speech and captivate all kinds of audiences with your passion for safer beauty. We’ll explore some fundamental ways to clearly articulate a message, improve your body language, and inspire listeners to take action.

Skin Care 101
When selling Beautycounter skin care, it’s essential to have a basic understanding of the body’s biggest organ—as well as the confidence to explain our products’ unique blend of safety and performance. We’ll take an in-depth look at how to determine your Clients’ skin care needs, which Beautycounter products best support different skin types, what makes our products work so well, and how to maximize their efficacy.

Makeup Masterclass
Whether you’re clueless about makeup or a master of the smoky eye, you’re sure to learn a few valuable new tricks at this session. We’ll showcase tips from backstage that can be easily replicated, including contouring and highlighting techniques and choosing the right colors for a wide range of skin tones. At the end, you’ll have all the knowledge you need to make cosmetics a bigger part of your business.

Successful Social Media
Social media is one of the best tools for marketing your business. But since the landscape is constantly changing, it can be hard to keep up. This class will reveal how to leverage the most important social media channels for business growth, what and when to post, and how to strategize your content to keep your audience engaged.

Saturday Morning: Title-Driven Learning Tracks
This year, we’ve designed learning tracks based on your Recognition Title. You will be placed in the track corresponding to your Recognition Title at the end of March, ensuring you’ll get content that’s most relevant to you. Expect to receive actionable training on Selling, Building a Team, and Leadership that you can use immediately, no matter what stage your business is in. Surpass Your Sales Goals: Building Volume and Productivity
Meeting your monthly sales goals doesn’t have to be a struggle. Field Leaders will reveal practical tips for getting Clients excited about our products and mission; executing successful Socials, one-on-ones, and drop-offs; increasing order size; and providing exceptional service that’ll attract both new and repeat business.

Cultivate Your Leadership: Inspiring and Mentoring a Team

Closing Session
